For many years battery users have been subjected to hours of re-charging because no one had understood how to control a battery while charging it quickly and without causing gassing and increasing internal resistance.

This technology controllers provides via a sophisticated software program a total interaction between the charger and the battery. It continually measures in milli-seconds and adjusts the charging process in accordance with the changing reactions within the battery.

How It Works

The method/ apparatus applies,

1. A repeatedly pulsed current
2.Determines a resistance free maximum pulsed voltage to be reached where the determined resistance free maximum voltage is below that at which unacceptable gassing will occure

This method allows for

a. Reducing the amplitude of the pulsed charging current
b. Increasing the off time
c. Decreasing the on time

as well as any combination thereof

all continually calculated and changing in milliseconds

This technology was developed for Lead Acid Batteries, but is adaptable to other battery types.

Effects on Battery Life

Since interactive rapid pulse charging is a heather way of charging a battery compared to the current charging regimes employed, battery life/cycles are dramatically improved! This is due to the extremely fast pulse charging method which greatly reduces sulphation, the major problem effecting battery life.
